Name:  Chad Campbell

Position:  Superintendent

Years at T&M:  10 years

What is something that you are working on or have worked on while at T&M that you’re particularly proud of?

Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity.

What do you think sets T&M apart from other construction firms? What makes us different?

The overall teamwork atmosphere that we have sets us apart from other firms. This in itself makes us different, because you don’t see the same positive morale in other companies.

What are your favorite things about your job?

The challenges you face on a daily basis, and every job you go to is something different.

How do you and those you work with exhibit cooperation and collaboration?

I think that good ideas and the correct answers come from multiple points of view. Brainstorming with the people you work with gets you to the right solution.

What was your first construction project, and what did you enjoy the most about it?

The Fraternity was the first job I ran from start to finish, and the Rehab portion of the historical building was my favorite.

Do you remember your first day at T&M?

I was at Green Hills working with Scott Horne.

Who inspires you to work your hardest and why?

My dad inspires me to work my hardest. I have never met a harder working man. And he instilled those traits [in me] at an early age. He never quit at anything, and he never let us kids quit at anything either. He would say, “You start something, you better see it through.”
